• Agent fee is payable in advance and deducted from the first monthly payment

Rent Collection Service

• Collect monthly rental payments

• Agency fee is deducted as a monthly cost from the rental payment

Fully Managed Service

• 3 monthly management visit are performed at the property and a report provided
